Yes, Biddy is a carrot nub.
It was a gorgeous day outside yesterday. The sky was blue, the sun was shining and the breeze was crisp. It was really nice being out there. We decided to take the cats outside for a little bit. I threw some oldish carrots out in the yard for the animals earlier in the day because I didn't want to waste them (I often put all sorts of food in our backyard for the animals). Anyways, for some reason Hobbes got excited by the carrot pieces and began rolling in them and rubbing her head on them. She fell in love with this one piece I called "Biddy" (South Park reference). Haha, check this out...
...and here is Madison stamping her way through Hobbes' love fest.
Aaron was letting Madison walk around our yard with no leash, something I really don't like. It makes me feel uncomfortable as she took off once before when allowed freedom and ran up a tree, onto a garage and disappeared off into the distance. I had a mini stroke when that happened, seriously. It was horrifying. Anyways, we got her back and she was always put on the leash after that but recently Aaron has been giving her freedom again and I feel a bit freaked out everytime we're out there. So far, no incidents have happened. Anyways, here are a few more snaps from our yard that's beginning to get cleaned up and bloom a little bit.
Can't wait until it's super warm out there and I can get a hammock. I think I'm going to get a real hammock for our yard, it seems like it will be relaxing and awesome. We have the trees for it, so it's something I'm looking into this year.
Have a good one!
